Village library and English school is underway
The village library and English language training school is underway. Heaven on the Planet is donating the land and the materials for the building. The village will do the construction. Griffiths University in Queensland is donating large sets of English Language Teaching books. And we have the first donation for USD 1,000 from a wonderful guest. We are wanting 5 more similar donations to cover the cost of book shipping, school fittings and salary for the teacher in the first year. The villagers have virtually no access to books and the nearest school is about 8 km away. Guests are encouraged to bring as many books as possible in their suitcase.
